dUANE aLLEN rOBINSON

Duane Allen is a proud graduate of the stella adler studio of acting and is pleased to be doing his first, of hopefully many, collaborations with the hyperion theatre. he has just returned from touring with the classical theatre of harlem's productions of 'romeo and juliet' and melvin van peebles' 'ain't supposed to die a natural death'. other theater credit's include 'king lear' at the folger theater in washington d.c. and 'jesus hopped the a train' at 440 studios here in new york. he'd like to thank his wonderful parents and his beautiful and talented girlfriend celeste for all their love and support.

nINA aSHE

Nina is a graduate of N.Y.C.'s H.S. of Performing Arts and the William Esper Studio. She has spent several years as a sketch comedienne, performing and writing with various troupes around the city. Other credits include: the musical, "Yo Alice", directed by Maurice Hines; the independent film, "Sexland"; and the 2006 television pilot, "Skels". rEBECCA eDDY

Rebecca Eddy has worked regionally with Kentucky Shakespeare Festival, Vermont Stage Company, Clarence Brown Theatre and Fairbanks Shakespeare Theatre. She has performed in Moscow, Berlin, Bari, Italy, and at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival ('00, '03) and in the NYC Fringe Festival '05. Rebecca has produced and directed many independent projects most notably a NYC tour for Alaska Theatre Alliance and the radio show, "A Woman's Path" with McRobenolt Productions. Rebecca has an MFA in performance from the University of Tennessee.

jULIAN mEI

Julian Mei hails from the faraway land of Virginia. He would like to thank his family for their combined inspiration in the creation of the lovelorn mess that is Rotunda. Rotunda and Julian would both like to offer a word of advice to those who suffer from unrequited love; when your therapist says "money and

romance are not that important", do not pay for your session.

cELESTE mORATTI

Celeste Moratti was born and raised in Milan, Italy, and came to New York in 2002 to enroll in the Stella Adler Conservatory program, where she graduated in 2005. Her most recent American credits are Celeste in Crazy Sound and Antonio in Days of Antonio (Both by Dario D’ambrosi at La MaMa), Elena in The Theory of Color By Lella Heins at The Medicine Show Theatre, The Woman in Jean Cocteau’s The Human Voice (Inverted Foot Stage).Her Italian credits include The Wife in Mamet’s Edmond, Mme Dalancour in Carlo Goldoni’s Il Burbero Benefico, Viola in Twelfth Night and Young William Shakespeare in Anthony Burgess’ Will. She’s just got back from touring Italy with Crazy Sound, and recently finished filming the feature My Mother’s Fairy Tales, directed by Paola Romagnani, in which she plays the lead. From 2005 to 2007 she’s been a company member at the American Mime Theatre directed by Paul Curtis. Thanks to Mike, Nina, the funniest Commedia Company I’ve ever worked with, my family for believing acting is actually a career and Duane for being the best Innamorato ever.

mORGAN nICHOLS

Morgan Nichols is proud to be working with Hyperion.  He graduated from Adelphi University with a BFA in performance theatre.  He has been seen off-broadway in such projects as 27 Heaven and Gemini.  Other credits include Paul in My Three Angels and Miles Horton in the National Tour of The Rosa Parks Story.  Last but not least he would like to thank the audience, for without you there would be no show.

 

mICHAEL r. pAULEY

Michael is a graduate from the University of Arizona with a BFA in acting/directing; is a Tier II graduate and company member of the Southwest Shakespeare Conservatory; and is a certified actor/combatant with the Society of American Fight Directors. Regional credits include Texas Shakespeare Festival, The Theatre at Monmouth, The Shakespeare Theatre of New Jersey, Arizona Theatre Company, and Arizona Repertory Theatre. Michael has also performed internationally at the International Conference for Theatre in the Americas at the University of Malaga, and will be serving as the Director of Education and performing with The Texas Shakespeare Festival.

Michael would like to especially thank the company of actors for coming together to work on such an amazing project, everyone at Gotham Comedy Club for your support on this project, and the good people at The Metropolitan Room, who enjoyed countless hours of our rehearsal process.

lORI sOMMER

mAIKEN wIESE

Maiken Wiese originates from the Pacific Northwest where she recieved a BA in drama from the University of Washington. Since she moved to New York she has performed at The Flea Theater as part of the BAT company,as Mali in "Mali and the Arc of the Covenant" at Ensemble Studio Theatre and originated the role of Eve in the musical "The Adventures of Everywoman" She works with an educational theatre troupe called the Improbable Players and studies with Wynn Handman. She is excited to be a part of The Hyperion Theatre Project's next project.
